📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies using Meta Ads, including Facebook and Instagram, to drive high-quality lead generation and revenue growth.
• Optimize ad campaigns to maximize ROI and customer acquisition, using tools like Meta Ads Manager and Power Editor.
• Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, attending industry events and webinars as needed.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to the management team, highlighting campaign performance and recommendations for improvement.
• Monitor and optimize ad spend, ensuring that our campaigns are cost-effective and delivering a strong return on investment.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure that our marketing efforts are aligned with their goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Meta Ads.
