📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily mining operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
Lead and mentor a team of operational supervisors, providing guidance and support.
Develop and implement operational plans and schedules, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Monitor and report on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with the Head of Operations and other departments to drive the company's strategic objectives.
Conduct regular operational reviews and audits to ensure best practices are followed.
Manage and resolve operational issues and challenges promptly and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in operational management within the mining industry.
Proven track record of managing large-scale mining operations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Knowledge of mining safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Familiarity with mining software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
