📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement inventory control systems using ERP software such as SAP or Oracle
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to optimize stock replenishment and reduce carrying costs
• Collaborate with procurement teams to negotiate and manage supplier relationships, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for inventory optimization and cost savings
• Generate and maintain comprehensive inventory reports for management and stakeholders
• Train and mentor junior staff on inventory management best practices and procedures
• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and regulations to continuously improve inventory management processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management, stock control, or a similar role
• Proven expertise in inventory systems, ERP software, and data analytics tools
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles, techniques, and best practices
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
