You will work closely with our team of logistics experts to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain a strong network of clients in the freight forwarding industry.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and strategic planning.
• Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition.
• Generate regular sales reports and present them to management for review.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with freight forwarding software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
