📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial interior fitout sector in Bali.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including property developers, hotel chains, and corporate offices.
Collaborate with the design and project teams to understand client needs and deliver exceptional interior fitout solutions.
Manage and track project pipelines, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to senior management.
Leverage industry knowledge and market trends to position Maison Interiors and Architecture as a leader in the commercial interior fitout market.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build relationships and stay ahead of the competition.
Provide regular updates and presentations to senior management on business development activities and progress.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field in the interior design or construction industry.
Proven track record of securing new business and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of the commercial interior fitout market and industry trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
