📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit clients in Bali to collect payments and resolve financial issues.
• Use Salesforce and SAP to manage collections and track client interactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
• Generate reports on collections and client interactions to provide insights for the team.
• Collaborate with the collections team to ensure all clients are up-to-date with their payments.
• Stay updated on financial regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and provide the best advice.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in collections or customer service, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Proven track record in managing client relationships and resolving issues.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and SAP is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
• Enthusiasm for financial services and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
