In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.,Deliver training sessions to employees, ensuring clear communication and engagement.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of training instructors and facilitators.,Conduct needs assessments and surveys to gather feedback on training programs.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.,Experience in conducting needs assessments and using assessment tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
