SHIFT Lestari is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Tax Officer to join our team in Jepara. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax compliance and a deep understanding of Indonesian tax laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.,Conduct regular tax audits and reviews to identify potential tax risks and opportunities.,Prepare and file accurate tax returns for the company and its clients.,Provide tax consulting services to clients, including tax planning, compliance, and dispute resolution.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations and ensure that the company and its clients are in compliance.,Train and mentor junior staff members in tax-related matters.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all financial activities are properly documented and reported for tax purposes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance and consulting.,Professional certification in taxation (e.g., CPA, CMA, or equivalent).,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with tax software and systems is a plus.
