📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for our organization.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and employment agencies.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to recruitment team members.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
