📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.,Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Oversee the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding, ensuring a high quality of hire.,Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.,Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters.,Conduct regular HR audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.,Manage employee benefits and ensure they are administered in accordance with company policy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management and recruitment.,Proven track record of successfully managing HR operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with HRIS and other HR technology tools is a plus.
