📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily banking operations including cash handling, deposits, and withdrawals.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure their banking needs are met.,Monitor and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.,Train and supervise junior cashiers and bank tellers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of financial statements.,Participate in bank meetings and contribute to strategic planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking or a similar financial role.,Strong knowledge of banking operations and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using banking software and financial systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian banking practices and procedures.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian.
