📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the crew, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company policies.,Oversee the daily operations of the vessel, including navigation, cargo handling, and maintenance.,Ensure compliance with maritime laws, regulations, and company guidelines.,Monitor and report on the performance of the crew and the vessel.,Handle emergency situations and coordinate with relevant authorities as needed.,Provide training and development opportunities for the crew.,Maintain a positive and professional working environment for the crew.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain in the maritime industry.,Valid Master Mariner's License or equivalent.,Proven track record of safe and efficient vessel operations.,Strong knowledge of maritime laws, regulations, and safety protocols.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
