📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily operations of the healthcare section, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.,Managing and supervising a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve patient satisfaction and healthcare outcomes.,Ensuring the availability and proper use of medical supplies and equipment.,Collaborating with other departments to coordinate healthcare services and ensure seamless patient care.,Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the healthcare section to identify areas for improvement.,Participating in continuous professional development and training programs to stay updated with the latest healthcare practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare management role.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Experience in managing healthcare budgets and resources.,Certification in healthcare management or a related field is a plus.
