Bloom Fresh Abadi is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and hospitality, and a strong understanding of restaurant management principles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained, in compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance, ensuring that we are operating profitably.,Train and develop the restaurant's staff, ensuring that they are knowledgeable, skilled, and motivated.,Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with the company's other departments, such as procurement and human resources, to ensure that the restaurant is running smoothly and efficiently.,Participate in the company's strategic planning and decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar role.,A strong understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage preparation, inventory management, and staff scheduling.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,The ability to work well under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.,A passion for food and hospitality, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.,Familiarity with the Indonesian hospitality industry and its cultural nuances.,A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation purposes.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
