📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.,Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and labor laws to ensure compliance and competitive hiring practices.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a related role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations is a plus.
