📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of bread, cakes, pastries, and desserts according to recipes and customer specifications.,Ensure all baked goods meet quality standards and are presented beautifully.,Manage inventory and ensure timely restocking of ingredients.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following health and safety guidelines.,Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes and menu items.,Stay updated with the latest baking techniques and trends.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a baker or pastry chef.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and principles.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Attention to detail and a passion for creating delicious baked goods.,Familiarity with local and international baking trends and ingredients.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Valid food handler's certificate and any relevant certifications.
