In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, and financial planning.,Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Provide strategic financial advice to senior management, including cost control measures and financial forecasting.,Oversee the payroll process, including processing employee payments, tax withholdings, and benefits administration.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including investors and auditors.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the finance department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with the last 3 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with restaurant industry accounting practices and procedures is a plus.
