📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the work of pharmacist assistants to ensure high standards of service.,Oversee the preparation and distribution of medications and pharmaceutical products.,Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and pharmaceutical standards.,Develop and implement training programs for pharmacist assistants.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of pharmacy services.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all pharmacy activities.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to pharmacy services.,Ensure the availability and proper storage of medications and pharmaceutical supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Pharmacist Assistant or in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience in training and developing staff.
