📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct site visits to verify land titles and boundaries.
• Collect and document land data using Google Maps and AutoCAD.
• Assist in preparing legal documents and contracts.
• Coordinate with local authorities and stakeholders to ensure compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of all land transactions.
• Provide regular reports on land acquisition progress.
• Assist in the development of land acquisition strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in land acquisition or property management.
• Familiarity with Indonesian property laws and regulations.
• Proficient in using Google Maps, AutoCAD, and other land management software.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
