📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process to ensure efficient and high-quality food preparation.,Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain clean and organized work areas.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to support production needs.,Train and develop junior staff members to improve their skills and performance.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Monitor and report production metrics to management for continuous improvement.,Handle customer complaints and feedback related to food quality and service.,Participate in shift meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a food production or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is a plus.
