Rejeki Elsa Bakery is looking for a dynamic and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team. As an Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our outlet in Surabaya. This is a hybrid role, combining in-store management with remote responsibilities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service.,Oversee the preparation and baking of bread and pastries, maintaining consistency in product quality.,Manage staff schedules, training, and performance to ensure a productive and motivated team.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customers.,Monitor sales and inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Conduct regular audits of the outlet to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with the corporate office to ensure consistency in brand standards and marketing initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations is a plus.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
