Depot Gita Health Center is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Singkawang. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages,Coordinate with management to ensure HR needs are met,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Experience in managing a team or department is a plus
