📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and Workday to manage and streamline the hiring process.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a high-quality talent pool.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve recruitment processes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace by promoting equality and fairness in all recruitment activities.
• Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires feel welcome and integrated into the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding top talent.
• Strong understanding of recruitment tools and software, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and Workday.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with the travel and hospitality industry is a plus.
