📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
• Conduct regular financial forecasting and analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Monitor and report on key financial metrics, providing insights and recommendations to the executive team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior financial analysts and staff.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
• Lead and manage the financial planning team, setting clear goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a proven track record in developing and implementing financial plans.
• Strong proficiency in financial planning tools and software, including Oracle Financials and SAP.
• Certification in Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or similar professional qualifications is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior management.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is a requirement.
