Bloom Plus Cemerlang is seeking a dedicated Deputy Supply Chain Staff to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain processes. You will work closely with our procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to optimize our supply chain operations and ensure timely delivery of products to our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies and plans.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.,Assist in the development and maintenance of supplier relationships.,Support the procurement team in the negotiation of contracts and pricing.,Assist in the development and implementation of quality control measures.,Provide support to the logistics team in the planning and execution of transportation and delivery schedules.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supply chain or logistics role.,Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
