Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily mining operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Lead and mentor a team of operational supervisors, providing guidance and support.
• Develop and implement operational plans and schedules, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Monitor and report on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the Head of Operations and other departments to drive the company's strategic objectives.
• Conduct regular operational reviews and audits to ensure best practices are followed.
• Manage and resolve operational issues and challenges promptly and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in operational management within the mining industry.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale mining operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of mining safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Familiarity with mining software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
