📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies.,Support the marketing team in creating and managing marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content.,Conduct market research to gather insights and identify trends.,Assist in organizing and executing marketing events and promotions.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance using relevant tools and metrics.,Provide support to the marketing team in managing social media platforms.,Assist in managing customer databases and ensuring data accuracy.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.,Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant marketing tools.,Familiarity with banking and financial services is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
