📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee collection processes across multiple areas in Bali, ensuring timely and efficient recovery of outstanding payments.
• Utilize Salesforce and SAP to track and manage collections, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquency rates.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve collection issues and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Monitor collection performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess collection activities and provide feedback to field teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to collections.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in collections management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in collections management or a similar role in the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of achieving high collection rates and reducing delinquency.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce and SAP, with experience in configuring and managing these systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the Indonesian financial services industry and collections practices.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits.
