📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and develop job descriptions and specifications.,Source, screen, and evaluate job candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and employers.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting or a related field.,Strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using recruiting software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
