📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate marketing materials, product descriptions, and promotional content from Chinese to Indonesian and vice versa, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine translation strategies for our diverse customer base
• Assist in the localization of our e-commerce platform, including website content, app interfaces, and customer communications
• Conduct quality checks and revisions to maintain high standards of translation accuracy and consistency
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, cultural nuances, and language best practices to continuously improve translation quality
• Work closely with the customer service team to ensure clear and effective communication with our Chinese-speaking customers
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute to the ongoing improvement of our translation processes
• Adapt to tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively to meet our fast-paced business requirements

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Native or near-native proficiency in both Mandarin Chinese and Indonesian
• Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, Chinese Studies, or a related field (preferred but not required)
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a translator, preferably in the e-commerce or marketing industry
• Strong understanding of Indonesian culture, business practices, and consumer behavior
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
• Proficiency in using translation software such as Trados, memoQ, or SDL Trados
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and market trends is a plus
