📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate all aspects of logistics operations including inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation logistics.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Manage relationships with suppliers, carriers, and third-party logistics providers.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Lead and mentor a team of logistics staff to achieve operational excellence.,Handle and resolve any logistics-related issues or challenges that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of improving logistics operations and reducing costs.,Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus.
