You will ensure that all vehicles are in good condition, drivers are properly trained, and routes are optimized for efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and safe delivery of goods.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely repairs.,Optimize routes to ensure efficient use of vehicles and drivers.,Handle vehicle inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Manage fuel and other vehicle expenses.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of logistics services.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using fleet management software.,Valid driver's license is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
