📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop comprehensive training programs for the collection team, focusing on customer service, debt collection techniques, and regulatory compliance.
• Deliver engaging and effective training sessions using a variety of methods, including workshops, webinars, and one-on-one coaching.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure that your training programs are current and relevant.
• Collaborate with the collection team to identify training needs and develop solutions that address those needs.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to trainees, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their full potential.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the collection team's overall strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the financial services sector.
• Strong knowledge of debt collection techniques and customer service best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Certification in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial services industry.
