CBS - Procurement - Senior Associate

Join our Core Business Services (CBS) team at EY Jakarta Raya and you will help support the important business enablement functions that keep our organization running. As a Senior Associate in Procurement, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our supply chain is efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with our strategic goals.

In this role, you'll work closely with our internal teams to understand their procurement needs, develop and implement procurement strategies, and manage supplier relationships. You'll leverage your expertise in procurement processes, contract negotiations, and risk management to drive value for our clients and the firm.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to support business objectives
• Manage supplier relationships, including contract negotiations and performance evaluations
• Oversee procurement processes, including tendering, purchasing, and inventory management
• Conduct cost analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities for cost savings
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and ethical standards
• Provide procurement support to internal teams, including budgeting and forecasting
• Liaise with external stakeholders, such as suppliers, vendors, and industry associations
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 5-8 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including tendering, purchasing, and contract management
• Experience with procurement software, such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or Oracle Procurement
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Professional certification in procurement, such as CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) or CPO (Certified in Procurement Operations), is a plus
