📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial interior fitout sector in Bali.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including property developers, hotel chains, and corporate offices.
• Collaborate with the design and project teams to understand client needs and deliver exceptional interior fitout solutions.
• Manage and track project pipelines, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to senior management.
• Leverage industry knowledge and market trends to position Maison Interiors and Architecture as a leader in the commercial interior fitout market.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build relationships and stay ahead of the competition.
• Provide regular updates and presentations to senior management on business development activities and progress.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field in the interior design or construction industry.
• Proven track record of securing new business and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of the commercial interior fitout market and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
