📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee collection processes across multiple areas in Bali, ensuring timely and efficient recovery of outstanding payments.
Utilize Salesforce and SAP to track and manage collections, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquency rates.
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve collection issues and maintain strong customer relationships.
Monitor collection performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
Conduct regular site visits to assess collection activities and provide feedback to field teams.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to collections.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in collections management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in collections management or a similar role in the financial services industry.
Proven track record of achieving high collection rates and reducing delinquency.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce and SAP, with experience in configuring and managing these systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with the Indonesian financial services industry and collections practices.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits.
